I've run my own businesses for 17 years, and been helping small business owners like you to feel more in control of their marketing and results since the pandemic hit.

I have experience in supporting many different types of business owners, from individuals running a part time business, around their families, to global franchises with more than 80 frachisees around the world.

I've spotted something amongst my clients and followers...the ones who start their marketing process with a strategy are the ones who grow and become most succesful.

It makes sense when you think about it. If you have a plan, you're actually working towards your bigger goals and have something to improve upon.

So, I've decided to hold Master your Marketing! A face to face workshop in the centre of Glasgow, in a swanky, comfortable venue, where we're going to smash this plan in just a few hours.

Let's dig deep and work through the process of creating your unique marketing plan. There will be plenty opportunity to ask questions and ensure you know how to bring those all important leads in.

12pm - 12.30pm Time to Eat!

A quick but delicious lunch break with refreshing mocktail to set you up for the afternoon session.

12.30pm - 2pm The Final Push

We'll get those plans finalised and take a closer look at how to use social media more effectively to create a visible online presence. We'll finish off by ensuring our mindsets are set for success!

2pm We're All Done!

We'll be done in plenty of time for school runs but you're welcome to move to the main bar for some more networking and drinks. Don't forget your goody bag!

What will the marketing plan involve?

We will be considering your offers, your messaging, your target audience and deciding how you are going to reach them.

What if I can't attend on the day?

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of booking if you change your mind for any reason. Thereafter, you can request a 50% refund up until 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable but you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

Will dietary requirements be catered for?

Yes, please fill in any dietary requirements on the payment page and I will ensure these are accommodated by the venue.

What sort of business is this best for?

I would recommend this workshop for small businesses who are either solopreneurs, or only work with a team of less than five other people. It will be relevant for either product or service-based businesses. If you're unsure about whether it's suitable for you, please get in touch and I can advise.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing! I will have pens and paper available but feel free to bring your own or a laptop/tablet if you prefer to record things that way.
